Bay-Marin Construction has the distinction of being the first private contracting company authorized to perform remodeling work in The Presidio in San Francisco, during the summer of 2002 . We were vetted by Presidio Trust and all of our references were contacted.  We renovated four bathrooms, the kitchen, den and master bedroom, for a single-home project, plus freshened up the entire house. Part of the project included makingusable rooms in the attic and a gym room in the basement of this prestigious "officer's home".  This was a "green" construction project for us, as the Presidio management has a strict reuse and recycle policy for building materials.  Bay-Marin had use of Presidio storehouses of recycled items kept from remodeling projects over decades, as well as being responsible for carefully preserving materials removed from the home.

We are currently headquartered in Tiburon, which gives us easy access to Marin County remodeling projects; and it's just a quick trip across the Golden Gate Bridge to San Francisco. We work in San Francisco and Marin County, including San Rafael, Larkspur, Mill Valley, Tiburon, San Anselmo and Novato.
